Cancellation Terms and Conditions for all services offered by NatBWellBeing

Please advise Natali Brown 48 hours in advance of any cancellation or amendment of your appointment.

Appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay for half of your treatment (50% cancellation fee).

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment within 1 week of your cancelled appointment.

Missed appointments: 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Right to Terminate
I reserve the right to terminate or restrict use of my services, and if possible will offer a refund.

Limitation of Use
You must be 18 years or older to use my services, unless accompanied by or I have current valid written approval from an approved guardian(s) and/or parent(s). While individuals under the age of 18 may utilise the services, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such persons responsibility and otherwise subject to these Terms of Use.

Reiki Disclaimer

REIKI is a hands-on Japanese natural healing system of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation only.

REIKI is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. Always consult your health care professional or General Practitioner first.

REIKI practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, nor do they perform medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

REIKI is meant only to compliment medical treatments and not to replace them.

We strongly recommended you see a licensed physician, GP or other licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment whether it be acute or chronic that you may be suffering from or suspect that you may have.

In no event can NatBWellBeing or their Associates and any third parties be liable in any way directly or indirectly for damages resulting from information or data provided or for the loss of profits through the use or misuse of said information and data, either via its use, membership of the Reiki Institute, negligence or other actions.

You accept fully, by using the services of NatBWellBeing through a direct or indirect request for a healing of any kind, the following; all Reiki treatments and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.
